We're thrilled to announce that our Phase One townhouses have sold out in no time! We're especially proud to say that from start to finish, we completed these beautiful homes in about six months. All units were handed over in time to our happy homeowners.

But even excellence has room for improvement, so we've further developed our floor plans for our townhouses Phase 2.

OUR PHASE 2 TOWNHOUSES ARE TRULY NEXT LEVEL!  

We've added a third floor, which is a game-changer. This improved design fits perfectly in our overall composition of stokedliving. These will be the tallest buildings in the subdivision, nestled against a treed bench and a back alley that keeps traffic reduced. Adding a third floor means stunning views of Mt. Begbie from the master bedroom. It also allows us to integrate a garage and a separate flex space. All seven units have the same floor plan, but the corner units have larger lot sizes, which is great for those who want more space!

All homes at stokedliving are built to the Step Code 5 standard, which means they are net zero ready. Step Code 5 is an energy efficiency standard that will only become mandatory in 2032 in B.C. This is what we call future proof. Insulating the walls with hardwood fibre board and recycled cellulose not only helps to create an extremely energy efficient building, but also drastically reduces the greenhouse gases emitted to build the home. This will help to keep your ongoing utility bills low.
