Customization Options
For each home choose from at least two beautiful interior colour schemes focused on a minimalist Scandinavian design, mixed with neutral natural colours to blend beautifully into our Revelstoke mountainous backgrounds. From countertops to light fixtures, these colour palettes have been mindfully handpicked for the perfect modern mountain home.

As much as we want you to integrate into your community seamlessly, the stokedliving neighbourhood was also designed to integrate into the mountains seamlessly. Our colour pallets are all made with nature as the inspiration. You'll find all our exteriors are finished with rich natural colours and compliment your view of the mountain range all around you.
The exterior appendages such as the gutters and downspouts and other finishing are all aluminum, creating a rust proof clean finish.

CARPORT.
We include a spacious carport that can fit two cars! It also comes with a lockable storage for bikes and skis. And here's another fun fact: the beautiful timbers that we use for these carports come from the Yunesit'in First Nation near Williams Lake.

Rest easy knowing your walls, windows, and doors from the inside to the out are made of the highest quality and prepared by the team in the factory and robotics unit – rather than under conditions of human error and extreme weather. Better yet – visually, the siding comes in beautiful colour palettes with several variations available to you to complement the neighbourhood while still having a unique look for your home.

We are creating a community and that means we are putting an emphasis on landscaping. We have developed a comprehensive tree management plan. We have already started to bring in mature trees and along know it's hard to imagine how the neighbourhood will look when you drive by now and see all the construction – so we wanted to start to help you envision it!
All homes will have fully landscaped Lots with sod (not seed), shrubs and mature trees. We follow a comprehensive tree management plan to preserve as many trees as we could and add more trees while we progress with the development. You will be seeing trees from every window and over time these trees will form beautiful alleys.
